A DISSAPOINTING TATTOO IN NEW YORK

On a bitter winter evening in New York City, we were wandering around the bowery on the hunt for the infamous CBGB.

In what I called the "Camden of New York City" we came across a tattoo shop that took walk-ins. It's been an ongoing thing in my life that I try to get a tattoo done in as many places as possible whilst traveling.

As I sat there making small talk while the Yankees logo was permanently etched into my skin, I happened to mention that we were looking to head to CBGB; to which the tattooist stopped, looked up at me and said "You know it shut a few years ago right?".
